Insights from reported policy measures
Main data driven cross-city patterns from the platform's analytical tools. Insights from Ridge regression Impact analysis and MCDA decision tool.
How to read this page
Everything below is produced by the analysis tools on this platform, from data submitted by SUM Living Labs and from expert surveys carried out within the project. It reflects patterns across cities, it does not include local indicators, local context, or the local knowledge each city holds about why something worked.
These results are a starting point for a conversation, not a recommendation for any individual city. Each section links to the full interactive analysis, where you can change the stakeholder perspective and see every ranking. For the methodology, its assumptions and its documented limitations, see the project's official deliverables in the SUM resources library.
Data driven policy measure ranking
Estimation of how the policy measures contributed to the KPIs performance across cities, provided by ridge regression analysis (cities, policy measures and KPIs before vs after values).
